Editors and command-line tools read a small JSON or TOML file. Add NextIT, then sign in from the tool.

## VS Code

Add this to .vscode/mcp.json in your workspace:

## Cursor

Cursor reads the server under mcpServers, in ~/.cursor/mcp.json or in the project’s .cursor/mcp.json:

## Codex CLI

Add this to ~/.codex/config.toml, then run codex mcp login NextIT-MCP:

## Other tools

Windsurf, Zed, Continue.dev, Gemini CLI, Goose, Cline and any tool built on an MCP SDK connect with the same address. Use the tool’s Authenticate or Sign in action, then approve.
